Scott graduated from the University of New Hampshire (1995) with a B.S. in Business Administration, from the University of Southern Maine (2000) with an M.B.A., and received his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law (2004). He spent his final year of law school as a student attorney at the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic. Currently, he is a voting member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the City of Biddeford. He is also member of the Maine Bar Association and York Bar Association. |
