Thomas Danylik
Tom earned his undergraduate degree from Maryknoll College in Glen Ellen, Illinois in 1968 and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1973. He has practiced law as a sole practitioner in Hollis, Maine and with a small law firm in Biddeford prior to founding Woodman Edmands. Tom has served on municipal boards and committees for the Town of Arundel, including its Zoning Board of Appeals and the Comprehensive Plan Committee.
He currently serves on Arundel’s Board of Selectmen, an office he has held since 1992. Tom is also a former director for the York County Community Action Corporation. He has otherwise been actively involved in the community as a coach for youth and high school basketball and baseball. Tom practices in a variety of litigation areas including personal injury, construction disputes, real estate conflicts, will contests, divorce, foreclosures, evictions and employment matters. He is listed on the roster of Arbitrators for the Maine Superior Court and has served as a mediator in various areas within the scope of his practice, successfully settling over 200 cases. Tom is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and the Maine Trial Lawyers Association.
