The Hull Law Office merges with Woodman Edmands

Richard A. Hull, III, Esq., a well-known real estate attorney in Biddeford, Maine, has merged his law firm with a downtown Biddeford fixture in the legal community, Woodman Edmands, effective October 1, 2021.

Current partners Bob Woodman and Tom Danylik were part of the group who founded Woodman Edmands in 1985 as a full-service law firm.  Since then, Woodman Edmands has grown into an eight-attorney firm with a large general practice, including a busy real estate department.

Attorney Rick Hull has been practicing real estate law in Biddeford since 1975.  His firm brings decades of experience providing legal services to many local businesses, lending institutions, and individual clients with real estate needs.  This merger will provide institutional and individual clients with a single Biddeford firm to meet all their real estate needs, including commercial transactions, residential transactions, refinancing or establishing lines of credit, and land use planning.  And, as a full-service law firm, Woodman Edmands will be able to help you with your other legal needs, including estate planning, probate, family law, and general litigation.

“We are excited to have Rick Hull merge his real estate practice with our firm,” said Managing Partner Ralph Austin. “Rick is a detail-oriented, experienced attorney who brings a number of highly skilled real estate support professionals to our firm,” Austin added.  “We believe this merger makes Woodman Edmands the premier York County law firm in the area of real estate,” said firm President Bob Woodman.

Attorney Hull will be the firm’s resident attorney at 409 Alfred Street in Biddeford.  The firm’s main office remains in Downtown Biddeford at 234 Main Street.
